Release Athens 2026 is thrilled to confirm two titans of American punk rock, The Offspring and Bad Religion, will share the stage at Plateia Nerou on Tuesday, July 7. This highly anticipated event is expected to be one of the summer’s most electrifying performances, bringing together two of the genre’s most influential acts.

The Offspring: Punk Rock Legends Return

The Offspring are celebrated as one of the most impactful bands in modern punk rock, having profoundly shaped the sound and aesthetic of the 1990s. Hailing from California, they masterfully blended the raw energy of punk with humor, irony, and social commentary, creating globally successful anthems. With millions of albums sold and timeless hits, the band established an instantly recognizable sound characterized by Dexter Holland’s distinctive vocals, Noodles’ riffs, and their sharp lyrics. In 2024, The Offspring commemorated the 30th anniversary of their classic album “Smash” with their Greek fans and are now set to release their new album, “Supercharged.”

Bad Religion: Enduring Icons of Punk

Bad Religion stands as a foundational pillar of the American punk scene, serving as a key influence for countless bands, including The Offspring themselves. From their inception, they contributed significantly to the California sound, combining hardcore energy with melodic riffs and politically charged lyrics. With over 17 albums and a continuous presence on the international music scene, they are regarded as one of the most reliable and dynamic live bands worldwide, maintaining a loyal fanbase and attracting new generations of listeners. Fans can follow Bad Religion on their Official Website, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
