Scarlet Lady Cruise Ship Returns to Corfu Port
Corfu, June 21st – The magnificent cruise ship, Scarlet Lady, is set to make another appearance at the port of Corfu tomorrow, Monday, June 22nd. This visit marks another stop for the vessel in Corfu this year, captivating with its sheer size and distinctive design.
According to data from the Corfu Port Authority (OLKE), the Scarlet Lady is expected to dock at the port on Monday morning and will depart in the evening to proceed with its scheduled cruise. The ship embarked on its journey from the port of Montenegro on Sunday evening, heading towards Corfu.
In addition to the Scarlet Lady, the Costa Deliziosa is also scheduled to be at the port tomorrow, further highlighting Corfu’s appeal as a popular cruise destination.
About the Scarlet Lady
The Scarlet Lady is the inaugural, iconic adults-only cruise ship from Virgin Voyages, which commenced its voyages in 2020. Constructed by Fincantieri in Italy, the vessel boasts an impressive length of 277 meters, a width of 42 meters, and a weight of 110,000 tons. It has a maximum capacity of 2,770 passengers.
The ship’s return underscores the growing interest in Corfu as a prime destination for international cruise lines, contributing significantly to the island’s tourism sector.
