A trailblazer in Nordic craft, known for minimalist design and in-house preparations that highlight Norwegian technique.
Wed 5 Nov – Double Chicken Please (New York, No.41 The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025)
Known for its innovative, dual-concept mixology, this bar deconstructs dishes and pop culture into fun and unexpected flavors.
Thu 6 Nov – Bar Kaiju (Miami)
Expect big flavors inspired by monsters from Asian cinema; a trading-card-style menu presents story-driven, colorful drinks.

It’s best to arrive early, as guest menus are short and the bar service only runs for three hours. Small groups are generally seated faster, and larger parties may need to be split.
