This unique offering, which commenced on June 18, 2026, transforms the secluded beach into an open-air restaurant every Thursday through Monday, accommodating a select group of 20 to 30 guests each evening.

The new Zolotas Beach experience is the result of a collaboration between the Four Seasons and Athens-born designer Rianna Kounou, founder of the luxury fashion label RIANNA + NINA. Kounou’s personal childhood memories of summers spent on the historic Astir peninsula served as the primary inspiration for this project, weaving a narrative of Mediterranean-inspired design with a menu deeply rooted in traditional Greek culinary heritage.
