Athens is poised to become a new hub for dark culture with the launch of the Disorder Festival Athens 2026. This brand-new festival is set to make its debut on June 12 and 13, aiming to immerse the city in the “dark waters” of darkwave, post-punk, and synth music with a line-up featuring top artists from the scene.
Two Venues, One Unforgettable Experience
The festival will unfold across two distinct venues, beginning at the impressive open-air Universe K-5 Arena and culminating in an immersive experience at the legendary Death Disco club.
Friday, June 12: She Past Away, KITE, and Diorama at Universe K-5 Arena
The first day of Disorder Festival Athens 2026 will focus on the main stage at Universe K-5 Arena, headlined by the iconic She Past Away. The Turkish darkwave duo, known for transforming melancholy into a global phenomenon, returns to Athens with their new album, “Mizantrop.”
Joining them for their first-ever performance in Greece will be the Swedish duo KITE, celebrated for their cinematic synth-pop aesthetic, alongside the German masters of electronic intensity, Diorama. The evening will kick off with a performance by the Athenian gothic rock band Reflection Black.
Saturday, June 13: Disorder – Epilogue at Death Disco
Disorder Festival Athens 2026 concludes on Saturday, June 13, with the “Epilogue” at Death Disco club. The stage will host Frozen Plasma, one of the most recognizable German futurepop acts, making their first appearance in Greece. They will be joined by Our Banshee, who will present unreleased material from their new darkwave/EBM album live.
