Strategic Location and Extensive Facilities
The marina is strategically located on the coastal front of Imerolia, southwest of Kassiopi Cape, an area vital for the expansion of marine tourism. The project encompasses a comprehensive set of facilities designed to cater to both local needs and international visitors:
- A land zone spanning approximately 23,000 square meters, featuring five building blocks with clearly defined land uses.
- A maximum building area of 3,000 square meters, which will house administrative, operational, and commercial infrastructure.
- The creation of 241 berths for recreational vessels.
- Full service infrastructure, including water, electricity, communications, and fire protection systems.
- Designed common areas, a road network, parking facilities, and green zones.
This organized intervention is expected to substantially upgrade the coastal front, significantly enhancing North Corfu’s position on the marine tourism map.
A Long-Awaited Vision for Development

Furthermore, a special tribute is paid to the late Spyros Zervopoulos, who consistently championed the vision for the marina’s creation, making a decisive contribution to shaping the strategy for marine tourism development in North Corfu.
