Important Advice for Commuters:

Authorities advise passengers to allow extra travel time and to check updated route information before commuting during the holiday period, as services will be reduced and deviations may occur across the network.

For the latest information and real-time updates on routes and schedules, passengers are encouraged to:

  • Visit the official Athens Public Transport website.
  • Check local transport authority announcements.
  • Utilize public transport mobile applications.

These changes are crucial for residents and visitors planning to use public transport in Athens during the festive season. Planning ahead will help ensure a smoother travel experience amidst the holiday rush and ongoing works.
