Athens, November 27 – Release Athens 2026 proudly announces that Canadian rock heavyweights Three Days Grace will perform for the first time in Greece on Sunday, June 28, at Water Square. The band, known for their powerful alternative metal/rock anthems, is set to deliver an explosive and emotionally charged performance.

Three Days Grace: A Journey Through Rock History

Formed in 1997 as an evolution of Groundswell, Three Days Grace released their self-titled debut album in 2003. The album quickly achieved massive success, largely propelled by the colossal hit “I Hate Everything About You,” leading the band on a continuous three-year tour. Upon returning to the studio, they channeled the conflicting experiences of this period and lead singer Adam Gontier’s personal battles with addiction into “One-X” (2006). This album became one of their most iconic and beloved works, solidifying their sound and thematic identity.

Their success continued with “Life Starts Now” (2009) and “Transit of Venus” (2012). However, Gontier’s temporary departure in 2013 and the addition of Matt Walst as his replacement marked a new creative era for the band. This transition was reflected in “Human” (2015), “Outsider” (2018), and “Explosions” (2022), releases that showcased their ability to evolve while maintaining their distinctive, dynamic, and deeply charged sound.

With Gontier rejoining in 2024 and Walst remaining as co-vocalist, Three Days Grace released “Alienation” a few months ago. This album reaffirmed their status as one of the most influential names in alternative metal/rock. In recent years, the band has also attracted a new wave of younger fans, thanks to the timelessness of their themes and the irresistible energy of their live performances, proving their continued relevance and excitement across generations.

An Unforgettable Night of Anthems

On Sunday, June 28, fans will have the opportunity to sing along to classic anthems such as “I Hate Everything About You,” “Pain,” “Animal I Have Become,” and “Never Too Late.” The concert is expected to be a landmark event for Greek rock enthusiasts.
