Athens Bar Show 2025 turns 15 and comes back to Technopolis City of Athens this November, gathering the hospitality community for two exhibition days (4-5 November) and a citywide celebration that ends with a closing party on 6 November. With support from the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), New Metropolitan Attica S.A., the Municipality of Athens and SETE, the event invites bartenders, bar owners, F&B managers, brand ambassadors and hospitality experts to learn, connect and pick up fresh ideas.
What does the program offer this year?
Over 130 exhibitors will showcase 1,000+ products and solutions for modern bars and restaurants. Five dedicated classrooms will host 80+ seminars and masterclasses led by 100+ Greek and international speakers. Among the themed areas are New Entries/Newcomers, featuring brands appearing for the first time, and the Tomas Estes Agave Embassy, an immersive square celebrating agave spirits in memory of tequila legend Tomas Estes.

Organizers expect thousands of industry professionals from Greece and abroad, turning Technopolis into a buzzing hub for training, networking, innovation and inspiration across two packed days.
Why does it matter for Athens?
Last year the show welcomed 17,000+ professionals, with 33% from overseas (mainly Europe and the Balkans). With 45% first-time visitors and 70% intending to return and recommend the fair, Athens further strengthens its position as one of Europe’s rising gastronomic and tourism destinations.
When is the closing party and what to expect?
On 6 November, the 15 Years Athens Bar Show Closing Party takes over Technopolis with 30+ pop-up bars from top venues worldwide, exclusive signature cocktails, collectible guest menus, world-renowned bartenders and live DJ sets for a high-energy finale.
What is Athens Bar Week 2025?
From 2 to 6 November, Athens Bar Week turns the capital into a global fine-drinking hub with 200+ bar events across cocktail bars, hotels and cultural spaces, plus themed pop-ups and guest shifts from award-winning international bars.
